About Avoid CarPURL Tunnel Syndrome - Ergonomics in Knitting
Can’t finish that perfect project because your wrist/shoulder/neck hurts when you pick up your needles? Or do your hands hurt after knitting too many hours as you try to finish “just one more row”?
Come learn simple suggestions for knitters to help you avoid the “repetitive motion” problems we develop. These tips can help you minimize injury and fatigue. You can enjoy the process of knitting as much as enjoying the finished piece.
Instructor will provide all materials needed, along with written instructions.

Meg Evatt
Meg Evatt started knitting when she was 17 years old. She checked a book out of the library and taught herself through trial and error. After retiring, she has studied and honed her knitting skills and knowledge.
