Led by an experienced bassist and supported by a live drummer, this class is designed to deepen your understanding of groove, timing, and musical communication.
For Bassists: Learn techniques to lock in with a drummer, adapt to different genres, and communicate effectively in a rhythm section.
For Drummers: Gain insights into a bassist’s perspective, understand their approach to groove and timing, and strengthen your interplay in a band setting.
This session will cover:
• Building solid grooves across various genres (funk, rock, jazz, etc.).
• Timing and rhythm exercises.
• Communication tips for rhythm section synergy.
• Q&A with live demonstrations.
Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced musician, this class offers valuable insights to elevate your playing and collaboration skills.
