Since 2002, Emily has played music professionally as a solo artist, band member, composer, session musician, and hired touring musician in genres including rock, blues, country, r&b, folk, and metal. While obtaining her Bachelor's Degree, she studied jazz and classical music.

Emily has been teaching since 2008. She loves to help students of all skill levels develop their style, musicianship, and creativity. Whether you're a seasoned picker just brushing up, or you're a total beginner, Emily will get you started on your musical journey.

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

The class will meet for four live online sessions on Saturdays from 2:15-3:15 pm ET.

HOW IT WORKS
Students can connect to the online platform using a tablet or computer with reliable internet. To actively participate online students also need a webcam with microphone. The live sessions are recorded so that all enrolled students can review the class sessions following the live class. Class recordings will be available for viewing within 48 hours of the live class.

Ages 17 and up intermediate / advanced guitarists who want to apply music theory to their playing.
