Spindles _Can_ Ply!
About Spindles _Can_ Ply!
Ready to take your spindle plying to the next level? Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned spinner, this workshop will elevate your yarn game with techniques that bring out the best in your plying. We’ll start with speed plying using a multi-strand ball and perfect your yarn balance. Explore the differences between 2-ply and 3-ply, and learn how twist and thickness affect your final yarn. Color enthusiasts will dive into fractal plying and other color techniques. Plus, we’ll cover advanced methods like chain plying and ply-on-the-fly. By the end, you'll have the skills to create beautifully balanced yarns that’ll impress everyone!
The capacity for this class is 15 students.
