Advice from Successful Online Music Teachers
We are very proud of the teacher community on Lessonface! Each teacher brings their own unique qualities to our roster and through that we see that there are many paths to online music teaching success.
In a webinar presented to the music teacher community fall of 2019, Lessonface stellar teachers Lora Gallman, Ray Suhy and Hannah Christianson shared some of the principles and techniques they use in their online lessons.
With the current coronavirus situation causing many schools to be limiting physical interactions and meeting for classes and lessons online, at least temporarily, we wanted to share some of our internal resources publicly in hopes some might find them helpful. Lessonface also has a more in-depth guide to teaching music online here.
