Teacher Meeting Start
If you have not yet installed Fuze, and want do so prior to the meeting, follow the pre-install instructions here.
Note: You do not need to login within the Fuze account, and you do not need to create a separate account with Fuze. You only need to login through your LessonFace account. If you get to a point with Fuze where the Fuze app is asking you for login information, exit it, come back to your LessonFace "My Lessons" page, and enter your lesson from there. (Or shut the Fuze down until the lesson time, and then enter through your LessonFace "My Lessons" page.)
Using the video chat platform is a little different as a meeting attendee (student) or as host (teacher). The below steps demonstrate how to host the meeting, as you will when giving a lesson. Teachers generally have more controls in the meeting than students.
There's sometimes a pause between the steps, as things connect, where you may get nervous and wonder if it's working. Just give it a minute. If it's been, say, 3 or more minutes with no change, then close out and start again. If that doesn't work, give us a call or hit us on the email.
- First, go to your lesson schedule in your account login. The closest lesson you have scheduled will be at the top of the list, with a button next to it saying "start class." The start class button appears 15 minutes before the lesson start time. Up until that time it will say "Scheduled."

- You'll launch into a black background. You should have already installed the application when you were getting set-up with admin - if you haven't, or you're on a new machine, it will install now. Fuze may say it's checking your installation, and it may trigger another install. Let it do its thing.
- Allow the applet to run.
- You'll see this loading screen.
- You'll see a welcome screen - for a couple of moments. This is tricky, because it looks briefly like nothing's happening. Don't do anything, the system will usher you on.
- Join audio using the VOIP option if the system asks - it should connect automatically.
- The rest is up to you.
