Let There Be Light: Glass Block Mosaic Lamp with Linda Pannullo
Light up your home with a mosaiced glass block. Great class for the student with glass tools to expand their basic mosaic skills while creating a FUNctional piece of art. We’ll start laying out our pattern and cutting on the 1st class. Students will finish adhering the glass at home and then we will grout together a week later. Colors may vary from pictured project.
This class is presented in collaboration with John C. Campbell Folk School and Lessonface. Class capacity is 20 students. Registration closes on November 7, 2023. Students are invited to attend a large group Orientation and Closing Ceremony to connect with various classes online.
Class Materials
Your class registration fee includes a materials kit with a value of $100 shipped to your door. Residents outside the USA will pay the difference in shipping.
The kit includes:
7 ½” glass block, light, stained glass, glue, grout, paintbrush, popsicle stick and pattern.
Tools required for students to have on hand:
Glass nippers, glass scorer and running pliers, rubber gloves, mask, black sharpie, ruler and painter’s tape.

The class will meet for two weekly 2-hour live online sessions on Wednesdays at 6 pm ET | 3 pm PT | 23:00 UTC on the schedule below. The first session is on November 8.
Enrolled students receive 30-day access to the video recordings of the classes.
How It Works
Enroll above to save your spot in the class. Lessonface will send you a confirmation right away, and a Zoom link 24 hours before the class start time. You can log into your Lessonface dashboard to access class materials, communicate with your instructor, join the live Zoom session, and access the class recordings and chat transcript afterward.
Refund Policy: To cancel an enrollment or request a refund, contact support@lessonface.com. For 30+ days before, we refund 95%. Between 30 and 5 days, receive a 75% refund. No refunds within 5 days of class start date. Materials kit fees are non-refundable.

Linda Pannullo
My work ranges from the whimsical to fine art, from eclectic materials to the traditional stained glass and 3D sculptures. I love to teach and instruct annually at the John C Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, NC, doing my signature PotHead Class and Big Mirror Workshop. I am very fond of FUNctional Art and love bringing new folks into the mosaic world.
In 2021, I was the first mosaic artist to have a an installation at the NC Arboretum and received a grant from the Haywood County Arts Council to mosaic my concrete chair. I received an Honorable Mention at the Caldwell Arts Sculpture Show in 2022 for my 3D Luna Moth.
