Enter the LESSONFEST Goal Giveaways - New Giveaways Announced

2 Steps to Enter the LESSONFEST Goal  Giveaways

Do BOTH of these two steps to enter the Lessonface Goal Giveaways:
1. Create goal(s) using the Lessonface goal-setting widget -- sign into Lessonface, then go to the green left-hand menu, and choose "Goals" under "Profile."
AND
2. Enter your name, email (use the same email you used to register on Lessonface!), and shipping address (for physical product giveaways) on the form below.
To enter the giveaways, take both of these two actions by midnight before the giveaway occurs, which is listed below. Winners will be chosen at random, and announced at LESSONFEST, July 25-31. You only need to set goals once, even if you are entering multiple giveaways. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

A key part of Lessonface's mission is to help students achieve their goals. To provide added incentive to set goals, we are very happy to announce our LESSONFEST Goal Giveaways.

We have thousands of dollars in giveaways lined up from companies that we admire featuring gear, accessories, and services for a variety of instruments and arts. We will be announcing the giveaways during the weeks leading up to LESSONFEST, and will announce the winners of all the giveaways during LESSONFEST.

Entering any or all of the Goal Giveways is easy. Just follow the steps described to the right, and check back each Friday to view the latest giveaways.

Tara Harrison

H! My name is Tara. Been exploring at lessonface for ideas on how to teach music using technology. For example, I am typing this on my mobile phone instead of my laptop. For some reason I found this to be much easier experience! ?

Music and tech aling with teaching hadn't been easy for me. I have one ear and I'm partially deaf on the ear I do have. I have Goldenhar Syndrome, a rare birth defect.

This didn't deter me from receiving my BA in Music with a concentration on Piano.

I have been homebound since the pandemic. It's important for me to continue being at home to stay safe.

My goal is to learn new ways to teach music using technology inspite of having hearing loss.

I would love to earn enough to receive a computer that has tool such as Aftereffects to help me create teaching instructions online.

I love looking through the classes here and hoping to learn alot in the future.

Sincerely

Tara

Hi Tara,

Thanks for the comment! We have a forum here where there are discussions about teaching music online and technology, including this one from last week: https://www.lessonface.com/forums/community-events/119114-technology-roundtable-july-29th

It's amazing how intuitive and accessible smart phones have become in the last few years! There are truly incredible tools for teaching and learning all kinds of things, music especially, at our fingertips.

Hope to see you around again soon!

Claire
