New Forum Update - Share Your Videos!

Hi all, welcome to the new, updated forum!

In addition to the fresh new look, you can now upload and record videos directly to a post (max file size 1GB).

We’d love for students and teachers alike to share clips of their performances and creations with their classmates and the Lessonface community, and we created a new Group Class Showcase forum especially for this purpose.

When sharing videos and images, please be sure they meet these requirements:

(1) The video or image meets the general ‘content guidelines’ of the forum as outlined below.

(2) The video or image is your own property.

(3) If people other than yourself appear in the video or image, they must be at least 18 years old, and you must have their permission to share.

Here's a quick summary of how the forum works.  Teachers should read the detailed forum guidelines here.

POST APPROVALS.  The first comment you make in the forum will need to be approved by Lessonface admin (to avoid spam). After intial approval you'll be able to post immediately.

CONTENT GUIDELINES.  The forum is intended for friendly and informative discussions among Lessonface students, teachers, and staff. Please keep all posts kind, considerate, and appropriate for all ages.  Posts that don’t meet these requirements will be removed.   If you notice a comment that does not meet these guidelines and has escaped our attention, please let us know by emailing or

Similarly, we welcome all content that informs the community and sparks meaningful conversations.  Wherever possible, please upload your videos and images to the forum rather than linking to external websites.  Where that’s not possible, you may include links to external sites as long as the intention is to provide useful information.  Teachers may link to their profiles and group class enrollment pages, but please avoid external links of an advertising or promotional nature.

INSTRUCTOR TAG. When you see the “instructor” tag below the person’s photo on a forum post, that means the person is a Lessonface featured teacher. You can click on the teacher name’s to go to their profile page here on Lessonface. There you can learn more about their background, check out their teaching approach, see students’ reviews, and book lessons.

Thanks everyone!   We'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback on this new update.  Comment below to let us know what you think.
