Potpourri glass class was the best!!

Wow - what a fantastic class! Terry Hale and Marjorie Langston are nationally-known glass artists for very good reasons. They deftly demonstrate using close-up cameras positioned at the ideal angle, while describing each movement in detail. I experienced "Aha!" moments at times while observing their demos and at other times while hearing something described in a unique way. I had made murrini before, but not like this. Then they managed to quickly apply the murrini, but without taking precious time to make a bead first. Although I had previously avoided sculptural beadmaking, Terry's sculptural demo was so smooth and inviting that I had to give it a try! The entire class was a tremendous learning experience and so much fun!
