Skipping Exercise for Beginner Pianists

In this video tutorial, Lessonface teacher Nikiya Exantus demonstrates a simple but powerful exercise designed to help beginner pianists develop finger strength, speed, and dexterity when moving around the keyboard. This exercise is highly recommended for beginner pianists looking to improve their facility on the instrument. Check out the video below, and leave your thoughts and questions in the comments!

Thank you for the very informative video. It is extremely important to avoid excess strain and tension, as you have pointed out at the beginning.
Also, this is literally the first Hanon excersise(same notes) for piano, although the piano teaching of his time wasn't at the level we have today, especially regarding tension/relaxation and avoiding strain.

Great job!
